Dev Team Update April 26th, 2011
Thanks to the community for their patience as the development team looks to launch another Tuner Set overnight tonight. With all the feedback we've received, the team hopes that this latest TS will help improve the gameplay experience. Please provide any feedback to this post after you have given the TS a full test drive both online and offline: forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/5557268.page
And when providing your feedback, we appreciate you stating if your experience is in the online environment or offline. Thank you in advance for staying on topic in this thread and avoiding any non-constructive comments.
Tuner Set Details:
1. Changed the speed at which boxers can throw multiple jabs.
2. Slightly reduced the power of the light jab.
3. Slightly increased the stamina loss when repeating punches with the same hand.
4. Increased the base Chin rating for created boxers – so new boxers are less susceptible to being stunned.
5. Adjustment to Boxer Toughness and Boxer Power at when Stamina is low: tired fighters are more susceptible to punch damage and able to do less damage.
The team continues to work on the second Title Update, so please continue to provide your feedback in the official thread here: forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/5557268.page
Dev Team Update April 20th, 2011
The Dev team is still working on the tuner set which is taking slightly longer than expected ...but we should have something out to you in the coming days. Sorry for the delay.
The Dev Team is working with the mods to collect feedback regarding the impending patch (NO DATE SET YET) which we hope to have available to you as soon as possible.
We are aware of the pressing issues such as;
- Freezes
- Unable to log in
- Missing XP
- etc
And are working with the individual users to rectify them.
A full list of issues being fixed for the patch will be posted when we nail down a patch release date.
Regarding DLC....
There is not fixed date for further DLC.
We read your feedback daily and are aware of who you want to see in the game.
If we make more DLC .... we'll do our best to go after the fighters you want.
In the mean time...please don't take our absence from the forums as a sign we're not working to improve your FN experience.
Our Dev team is small and we rely on the forum mods as our emissaries to the community.
We speak to the Forum Mods daily and meet as a group at least once a week.
If you need to raise awareness about an issue or have any questions for the Dev Team...please reach out to a Mod. That's what they're here for.
Talk to you soon.
