Fight Night Champion Beginners' Create-A-Boxer Guide
1. Go to... Boxer Share >>> Create a boxer
2. You can choose to use a Template, USB camera, Download from EA sports.
a. Template head - You can simply choose some preset heads from 80+ premade heads. However, you will not be able to utilize the Face Sliders to mold a chosen premade head to your liking.
b. USB Camera - This option allows you to use your console USB camera to take pictures (Front and Side) of you and other people you wish to create a boxer model of. The game will use those front and side photos to generate a head, which you can edit via Sliders to mold it, fix it, or enhance some facial features.
c. Download from EA sports - You can upload a photo (preferably a front and side photo) to EA sports for you to download and use to generate a boxer head. Much like the USB camera, you can use the Sliders to adjust the generated head. This feature can be used to create boxers that are not included in the game. This is the best out of these three options.
-Warning: Facial Sliders are interconnected to each other so when you move one, the rest will slightly move.
3. After you are done with head generation, I suggest that you save by exiting the creation mode by pressing the start button, especially if you've generated a a good boxer head with a clean face just in case the game hangs up.
4. Go back to your created boxer... Boxer Share > Edit Boxers > Look for your created boxer.
5. Once you're back in the process of creating your boxer, you can start naming your boxer, choosing nicknames, hometown. If the name, nickname, or the hometown that you are looking for is not there, you can simply write it yourself by choosing the CUSTOM on the top of every list.
6. Setting up entrances like choosing if you want to come out with fireworks, smoke, etc.
7. Next is you choose the weight division, body type, facial hair, hair, etc. I recommend that you choose a hair style, but not choose a facial hair yet if you have not adjusted the face sliders.
-The face sliders will help you mold your generated head to your liking and how you see fit. But remember that they are interconnected with each other. So if you moved one, others will slightly move, but not too much.
8. Tattoos: You can choose your tattoos, and where you can place them. But you cannot move them.
-Areas for tattoo placements: Face, back of the head, neck, back, chest, right chest, left chest, abdomen, right arm, left arm, right leg, and left leg.
9. Attires: You can choose your gloves, trunks, mouth piece, socks, shoes, and robes.
-You can choose from different brands like nike, adidas, grant, everlast, EA custom gears, etc.
10. You will then choose what type of boxer (AI) your CAB (created boxer) is. You can choose from boxer, counter puncher, brawler, boxer puncher, inside fighter, outside fighter, conventional, unconventional. These choices will be the preset of your Tendency sliders (We will get to it later).
11. You will also choose your boxer's stance, block style, and punch style. Some styles have their advantages and disadvantages, but not too obvious.
12. Setting up Tendency sliders. As I've earlier that the preset of tendency sliders will depend of what kind of boxer you chose (i.e. boxer puncher). There sliders will determine you boxer's fighting behavior while being controlled by the CPU (AI).
13. Scan the previous categories to make sure you did not miss anything, then press start to proceed to the next.
14. Setting up statistics/level of abilities.
-Fist, you have to set up how powerful each of your CAB's punches are like his jab, hooks, and uppercuts. Then determining the levels of his combinations, head movement, blocking, chin, and heart.
Don't worry, because there are descriptions for each category in-game so you'll know how they affect your CAB's skills.
-Now you have to determine his athleticism by adjusting his strength, speed, endurance, conditioning, toughness, reflexes, cuts, and swelling. Just like the one above... The game also describes each category of athleticism.
15. Press start again to save your boxer once you're done.
